在数字化时代的迅猛发展浪潮中,电商助农成为促进乡村经济发展效率提升的重要动力。在共同富裕背景下,要实现以电子商务为依托,将引进来和走出去相结合,进一步拓宽农村电商市场,完善产业链、供应链管理,构建产销对接清晰、责任明晰的新业态、新模式。在“三农”领域,电子商务在推广农产品、提高农业数字化转型水平、增加农民就业机会等方面取得了显著成效,在销售农产品和增加农民收入方面发挥着积极作用。推动农村电子商务的高质量发展,赋能乡村振兴,促进农产品标准化建设,加强农村电商人才培养体系,推进电子商务区域协调发展,构筑农村电商发展新高地,使农村电商持续为实现乡村振兴目标和全面建设现代化强国做出贡献。The wave of rapid development in the digital era has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of rural e-commerce. In the context of common wealth, it is necessary to take e-commerce as the basis for combining bringing in and going out, further expanding the rural e-commerce market, improving the industrial chain and supply chain management, and building a new industry and model with clear production and marketing connections and clear responsibilities. In the field of “three rural areas”, e-commerce has achieved remarkable results in promoting agricultural products, improving the level of digital transformation of agriculture, increasing employment opportunities for farmers and improving the landscape of rural areas, and has played a positive role in selling agricultural products and increasing farmers’ income.
