随着电子商务的蓬勃发展,伴随而来的是消费者数据隐私保护的重大挑战以及法规跟不上技术发展的困境。本文深入剖析了当前电子商务法规面临的主要问题,如跨境交易法律适用困难、技术快速发展带来的法规适应问题、以及消费者隐私权益保护不足等。同时,探讨了国内外在隐私保护方面的法律进展,并分析了几家典型电子商务企业在隐私保护方面的措施。针对发现的问题,提出了加快立法进程、强化技术应用、促进业态创新、加强消费者权益保护、推动国际合作和增强政策协同等具体建议,旨在完善电子商务法规,保障消费者数据隐私,推动电子商务行业的健康有序发展。With the rapid growth of ecommerce, consumer data privacy protection is facing unprecedented challenges, while existing regulations struggle to keep pace with the swift advancement of technology. This article delves into the major issues currently confronting ecommerce regulations, such as the difficulties in applying laws to crossborder transactions, the adaptability problems of regulations due to rapid technological progress, and the inadequacy of consumer privacy rights protection. Moreover, the article examines the legal progress in privacy protection both domestically and internationally, and analyzes the specific measures taken by several leading ecommerce enterprises in terms of privacy protection. In response to these issues, the article puts forward a series of recommendations: to accelerate the legislative process, enhance technology application, foster business model innovation, strengthen consumer rights protection, promote international cooperation, and improve policy coordination. These suggestions aim to refine ecommerce regulations, ensure adequate protection of consumer data privacy, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the ecommerce industry.
